Will, powers of attorney, executors and solicitor, with what the estate adds up to and the inheritance tax allowances applied.
Document vault
Upload a policy schedule or a mortgage offer and Beacon reads it, fills in what it can and files the original against the record. Scanning is off until you switch it on.
Shared access
Choose who can see it, and choose what they see. Financial values, personal details, who inherits and household income are four separate switches, set per person.
Emergency summary
One document, written for whoever opens it. What to do first, who to contact, what can be claimed. For a death, or for an accident or illness.

One question at sign-up: which of these apply to you. Anything you say no to stays out of your way, and comes back the moment you record something in it.
Scan, or type
Upload a policy schedule, a pension statement, a mortgage offer. Beacon reads it and fills in what it can, so you are correcting a form rather than writing one.
Let it remind you
Renewals, MOTs, the end of a fixed rate. An email before each, as far ahead as you ask for. This is the part that keeps the record true, because a record nobody uses goes stale.
Decide who can see it
Invite someone and pick what they get: amounts, personal details, who inherits. You can preview exactly what is on their screen, and see when they last opened it.
